Like the other complainants, I placed my order and never received it. I allowed three weeks to pass before I first contacted the company, and never received a reply. I waited another week and tried a second time, using its online form, which promises a reply in 24 to 48 hours.

I also tried calling, but the recording always says they are out of their office.

I contatct my bank and filed a disputed charge claim.

It's too bad that this company has failed. It seems to have had only recent complaints filed. The website is really nice, easy to use and the concept is brilliant. I was excited to receive my custom bathing suit, and I'm disappointed that they failed.
