THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!  Trust me Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

While inquiring at out local credit union:
We were told to pull up our free credit report at annualcreditreport.com (cause it's free).
It's true, but it doesn't give you your credit score. Instead it gives you a report of your credit info...accounts, balances,etc

There is a link that says " get free score" and when you press the link it offers to give you your credit score from TransUnion for free. If you want all three credit reporting agencies, then you need to pay $19.95 for your trial membership. DO NOT DO IT!
We did it because we needed Experian's score...which would be fine EXCEPT you are not getting your fico score...instead you are getting what is a called a vantage score, which means nothing to a credit lending institution.
They give you some BS story about how they are using a different scale, but they won't listen to reason, and they won't refund the $19.95...doesn't matter who you speak with.
btw - you are transferred to some outsourced call center in the Phillipines.

I can't believe TransUnion is hosting this site . They are supposed to be a fair and equitable credit reporting agency, and this is nothing but a big time scam!!
I will report them to every possible source about their deceptive, fraudulent practices
