We requested a 30 day demo for a Zenith Tiger Cloud Server/Service -
May 17th 2013
A deposit of $2498 was charged the day we accepted order.
June 18th 2013
27 days into the 30 day trial we finanally recieved the unit. We called immediately to return and ask for deposit back as there was no way we could have tested unit fully in 30 days. We immediately shipped unit back to Zenith and have recieipt of return.
Since June 18th 2013 we have been trying to work with Zenith staff and management listed below on getting OUR MONEY BACK with NO success as of 11.15.2013
All we have gotten and shown in pictures are excuses and deflection on money owed to us.
