I ordered a specific model of watch and was sent a different model. Package was sent COD. For four days, I called and emailed ZenithMotor.com numerous times and they never answered the phone or returned my emails. Finally, a guy answered the phone and told me that he sent me the closest thing they had and then proceeded to pretend he had an incoming call and cut me off. This company claims to honor a two-year warranty on the watches--I seriously doubt it. They don't include any invoice in the shipment and go through a third party in New York. The package was postmarked in Philadelphia, PA with a Beverly Hills, CA return address. A woman calls and says that they have to ship COD so they don't get in trouble with Rolex. Once they get your money, they have you. I am just lucky that I received a watch in the first place.
