It appears that JC and MJ of 'Backstreet' are of the opinion they are saintly.  I am still waiting for a reply to my emails to both of you.  You claim to be a professional operation however professional operations do not post lies about a customer nor do professional companies reply in writing filled with lies.  My warranty was extended to 9/2015 by Mac yet I still have a water soaked junk camera (supposed to be waterproof) that B/S refuses to replace.  Being the honest professional person that I am you still have one more day to contact me and make good on a new camera. Prove to all of the readers of Ripoff Report you stand behind you products.  I don't think you can or will!  BTW, how are things in colorado? Can I get a $66.00 camera there?

Then why don't you honor your warranty?  BTW do you know anything about the false post about me on ripoff report after we had our phone conversation and email exchanges.  You also sent me the wrong camera and when I advised you of such you ignore me.  I would not brag about great customer service especially after the way I have been treated after spending well over $800.00 with BS and having had all the camera and cable failures.  Perhaps the AG in Ca and Utah would be very interested in going over my situation.  Gee, am I posting from Colorado or Pa??

The other three negative reviews are customers, which as hard as we may try we did not meet their expectations. The FACT is we have (3) actual negative reviews nationwide from real customers and HUNDREDS of 5 star VERIFIED customer reviews. It’s a track record that shows a company working hard to provide a quality products and exceptional customer service.
