Zerin Business Aka Cydcor Walked into business’s and tried to get employees to switch rob T-Mobile Mclean Virginia

I worked there less than two weeks. Their offices are in an a building under construction so there like the only business in it, but that will likely change. I applied for the job as a grad student looking for work experience. The first interview was through an app called Hireview where you have to submit your responses via video. Then the second round, I was taken to a coffee shop where they explained the company. I thought the job sounded fine, got the job and started that day. We started at 7:30 for some readon. They say it’s to beat traffic which makes sense where their business is, but it’s all a script. On day the manager Mark explained that we’re an ICL for Cydcor.

As a trainee I went with a team leader to solicits business’s and get employees to switch to T-Mobile. We collected tons of personal information including their social security number, address, telephone and date of birth to run their credit. We left the paper with them but we could still access most of the information. Anyways I was good at the sales part, it’s not hard to talk to people. I met some interesting people, but the job sucked. You work 60+ hours for 100% commission. Most people make 2-3 sales a week. You spend your own money on food and gas. They have this mentality like other Cycor offices of, if you just work hard you’ll make it the next promotion. It brainwashed you straight up. The only good thing about the job were the other people who worked in the office. They were all amazing people.

I wish we could have worked together in a real office. The whole thing is a scam, your internal promotions are all based on how many people you bring into the business and how many people they bring in. Business trips are all on your own dime. My trainer told me the last trip he went on they didn’t even stay at a hotel, they stayed at some guy’s house. I quit after my first day on my own. I walked around dc for 7 hours in dress shoes. My feet were literally bleeding, and I was told to keep up the good work. I didn’t make a sale and they tried to get me to stay. It’s a cult, the people there are gonna keep going until they can’t and then find that Cycor has abandoned them on the curb. Also we classified as 1099 employees and not paid an kind of hourly wage a violation of federal law. In summary, any company even remotely related to Cydcor, RUN!!!
