Zerone-Consulting Tripled agreed upon price for software and refuses to release source code until paid. Internet

This company, zerone-consulting.com Sowmya Upadhyaya, and Jeyash Puthuparambil, agreed on a price to build an application for me and then tripled the price when I asked for the source code. Allegedly, they might be doing this with hopes of selling my idea, (and the work they had done), to a third party violating our NDA.

I have attempted to work with them a settlement price but they are unresponsive and unprofessional. I ever resorted to emailing the Cheif Executive, but he has refused my attempts also. I am not sure if I am upset
with the people they becuase they do not retuen any emails or calls, or is it because they are not willing to negotiate, (even though they clearly cancelled the project and stopped working on it) - They were entirely unrepsonsive to my pleas and requests for updates.

On March 11th I received a bill for 2150. A few days later I was told the project was on hold. And a few days after that when I demanded the source code they insisted on an amount of $6000. When I asked for a detailed explanation, I received nothing. When I asked for the source in exchange for the initial amount of 2150, Zerona-Consulting and Sowmya Upadhyaya insisted that the only way they will release anything is if I send them the $6000. (so they claim they had worked another 270 hours after the project was cancelled) yet they also stated that the application worked before the financing was ceased.

This company has ripped off my code, my solution/idea and refuses to provide same to me for a reasonable, fair and equitble price. Do not trust Zerone-Consulting.com or Jeyash Puthuparambil who does not even acknowledge my repeated requests.
