Called this company for the $150.00 carpet cleaning special. Asked for additional areas to be cleaned so agreed to pay another $100.00. Salesman proceeded to double talk about need for additional, guaranteed cleaning procedures due to pets, previous cleaners used, etc.
Information was confusing and leading and I felt pressured into paying additional $400.00 for "pet treatment" that was supposedly "guaranteed" to remove pet stains "down to the concrete"... Invoice left by technician showed "not guaranteed" and that large amount paid could later be applied to even larger, more expensive "guaranteed" pet treatment! They did not even get out all pet stains as promised.
Salesman implied that stains were guaranteed not to return. Basically just felt victimized by double-talking, slick salesman taking advantage of elderly person needing service on carpet ASAP. I would like additional $400.00 paid due to high pressure, misleading techniques refunded.
