We are a new start up clothing company that reached out to Zest Cloth to manufacture samples, located in Bangladesh. We were dealing with a man named Remon. Zest Cloth (Remon) recently created an alias as "Chrish Parks". And wrote a complaint that is false against the company Weystone. In his allegation, alias "Chrish Parks" (Zest Cloth/Remon) has created a false review as a revengeful tactic in regards to us not sampling with him in frustration that our reference samples sent to the country were not released due to high customs fee's. Without our consent, he began to sample. Remon wanted $500.00 to release our reference samples so we asked for a document from customs that referenced to this payment amount and he (Zest Cloth/Remon , alias "Chrish Parks") stated this email shortly after..(in broken english).

“Thanks and please forgive me in this regards i can't any more help about is that please try from your end and search some C&F agent in google you will get over thousand company. i have to go factory i can't give more time about that and i have made your all of sample from your sketch if you want you can collect it goods or you can lave me can be search new manufacture who can work with your i am really hurt your all behavior like African Black you can't believe anyone how you will continue business? i hope your company will be number 1 clothing seller in the work also my request is please don't communicate with me for any order i can't work with you and your company and which sample i have made for you i will give you no problem about that but i am not agree to go bulk with you.”
After this, seeing unprofessionalism in his remarks and saying he would not enter production with us, as well as a racist remark, we did not want to continue business with him. (no contracts were signed)
He is now writing false allegations as an alias (Chrish Parks) in regards to working with Weystone. And continually threatening to partake in revengeful acts.
