July 17, 2010 ordered 3 items and paid with Papal. Received 2 of the three but one, a car video camera was defective. It looked like it was previously returned then sold to me. A helmet cam was ok but just a piece of junk. A 8GB spy pen was not delivered.
After 4 months of attempts to get the pen and have the camera replaced I have failed. They ripped me off for $100 for the pen and I was unable to secure an RMA # to return the camera! I received instructions to get a number but guess what, the web page was "unavailable". Three detailed calls to their voice mail got no results. Waited too long to make a paypal claim so that's it.
I would love to meet Mr. Shklovsky face to face so I could personally tell him what's on my mind!!!
