ZETRONIX Inc. Product did not live up to what was advertised. Boston Massachussets

Recently purchased their Milton 1270p Super HD Hidden Camera Low Light Video Recording Pen, but it did not live up to what they said it was and here is why; 

1. First the date/time utility got flagged by my virus protection software as exhibiting ransomware behavior, which it had to fix.

2. Once the date/time utility was installed the pen is not recognized by my USB ports

3. Indicator lights are hard to see

4. Operating the device is difficult, not intuitive or straightforward

5. The lens cover does not stay up & keeps falling down

6. The device needs to be handheld and pointed at the target audience to be effective

7. Ideally I wanted it to be placed in a shirt or jacket pocket to record but that can’t be done because the lens faces in the opposite direction if I did that.

Left several voice messages and emails to sales and support. No response at all. I should have researched this company more but it was listed as a U.S.A. company in good old Boston USA, but they lookmlike they ripped me off. Buyers Beware.
