2 - Model NO.: ES-002 A-3 wheel mobility e-scooter
Upon receiving the shipment of my purchased goods. I found defects in the vehicles and spare parts and discrepancies in my agreed upon purchased order. I did not receive one scooter. They sent me something I didn't order. The chargers for all the scooters caught on fire when I plugged them in.
None of the ES-008 scooters worked and have defects that cant be repaired. The XB - 502 couldn't be recharged because all the chargers caught fire. I then immediately contacted Chinaboco.com and informed them of these defects and discrepancies.
I requested that they address my issues with my order immediately and had hoped that they would resolve and compensate me for my inconveniences. I received several statements stating that the matter would be looked into and that some discrepancies would be taken care of immediately they stopped emailing me and then deleted my account from their website and blocked my emails and calls and faxes. Their statements were not honored. I continued to try to get in touch with them with the intent to resolve the matter in an honorable business like manor.
After I realized I wasn't being taken seriously and that the Chinaboco.com had not followed through with its agreements to resolve some of my issues immediately. I was forced to take action and file a grievous complaint of unfair business practices. Against Mr. Tony Xu sales manager of the following business establishment: FTC, E-Consumer, FBI Internet Fraud, MadeInChina.com, Alibaba.com and Tradekey.com, Globalsource.com. Tony Xu got in contact immediately after realizing I had file the complaint where they advertised. He made more promises to resolve the issues if I would remove my complaints against him from the following agencies. Which I did thinking I we could work things out in a business like manor. After I removed the complaints Chinaboco.com blocked my emails again and never followed through with the promises they made.
Chinaboco.com did not honor their our business agreement nor did they honor their manufacturer's warranties and guarantees. They sold me a cargo container full of junk. In other to recap some of my money I had to invest in the purchase of spare parts to repair 60% of my purchase I am now bankrupted.

1.When we sign the invoice and make this business. All things had already get this man agree. And all model items had confirm by him. All people could check the model No. from our website. I have not send wrong product.
2. The XB-502 model: This man give me a picture and this number from X-TREME company website, he tell me that he want to order this style motorcycle. And I make sure that our product is the same as X-TREME show model. And still we stock three pieces this style motorcycle in our factory.
3. When he recieve the scooter, he is very happy and satisfied. and send me some pictures of the him work shop room. And we could see all products. Maybe after 10days, he tell me that happen some problem. And I let him list the problem, I will help him repair them. And I had send some chargers and other spare parts to him. But he also cant agree it. The finally, I introduced the U.S. dealer to help him fix them , but he did not take positive action. I said U.S. dealers have all the accessories you need, you can easily fix all the problems. But he asked me to make the large advertise and some advertise cloth vest , and he need them to free. And also some other additional conditions.

After my last report, Zhejiang Yongkang Boco Industry & Trade Co.,Ltd wrote me back telling me that they were being blackmailed because of this report. Boo h*o ! They did not fix my isses with their producst and have not offered any solutions. I am now bankrupt as a result of my dealing with this company. Beware.
