Zimmerman Construction & Gordon ( Gordy Zimmerman ) is a THIEF to say the least.
My suggestion is : DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF - UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF BY HIM AFTER DOING YOUR SUB-CONTRACTOR WORK.
My client was ripped off in the amount of $14,000 for installing an elevator on a construction site that GORDON ZIMMERMAN was the CONTRACTOR. We have recently found out that the CLIENT PAID the $14,000.00 to Gordon Zimmerman Construction on a seperate payment, but Gordon Zimmerman of Zimmerman Construction pocketed the Money.
Today, June 2, 2010 we received a telephone call from the Customer who received our letter. He wante4 to speak to my client, so I contacted my client who spoke with the client.
The conversation indicated that Gordon Zimmerman of Zimmerman Construction was indeed PAID IN FULL for the installation service done by my client. When the customer contacted Gordon Zimmerman, he admitted taking the money.
To put it plainly, Gordon Zimmerman and his Company is a thief. We are now conducting an investigation into the other subcontractors who were SCREWED OVER by Gordon Zimmerman and ZIMMERMAN CONSTRUCTION.
We contacted the State Attorney and explained the situation. According to the person we spoke to... If he used the money for personnal gains.. he is in serious trouble. That is why we are going to investigate every sub who was involved with Gordon Zimmerman and his company at the construction site..
In a previous conversation with Mr. Zimmerman ... he admitted that he used my clients money. All he did was complain about his ex-wife and her filing for divorce, and that his home was in Foreclosure. My answer to that is,... YOUR STILL A THIEF, regardless oif your private life which by the way was verified in PUBLIC RECORDS in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
The bottom line is... My suggestion is ... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS THIEF.
