This company portrays itself as a cell phone insurance company that will replace your Verizon Wireless cellular phone with a brand new phone if you have an unexpected accident or loss of your current phone. The owner, Mark Prinzinger, has been impossible to reach for the last 6 months and has not returned any calls or emails with regard to getting any claims paid. I have 4 Verizon Wireless stores and sold policies to over 1,000 of our customers that are now out hundreds of dollars each because Zingo Care, along with Mark Prinzinger, have basically scammed everyone out of the money that they paid, believing that they had a valid insurance coverage plan for their devices. This is a major insurance fraud and I assume Mr Prinzinger will end up being prosecuted as a result of his fraudulent representations. We now will be forced to cover our customers as a result of his scam. As of today, Zingo Care (ironic name) owes our company over $35,000 for claims we processed and they refuse to pay for.
