This business plan of this compagny is fraud and false information. Don't give them you credit card information, the will charge even in free trial period.

I signed up for the basic plan at 9.95$ with free US & Canada local call as mentioned in their webpage. The setup service was really bad. The technician are incompetents and you can waste a lot of time without resolution.

However, they did not waste time to charge my credit card. They changed my plan to the 19.95$ plan and charged a shipping services charges of 9.95 even if they shipped nothing to me. Above that they you get charged when you call their customer support free number because I did not purchased their free 800 calls plan. Soon enough they started charging even local calls. When I I tell you . Zingotel is in Scam and fraud bussiness.
