I wasn't aware off the trail period, Two weeks later I was billed 91.90 and 94.90. I called zko after going to my bank, Which my bank gave me the company phone number. Which I called , asked to cancel it. They wanted to know how it was working, Which I only received 2 of the trail period one , once and was billed 4 times of the amount above. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor, saying the supervisor is goingto say the same thing as what they told me. Placed on hold for over ten minutes the first time. Called back the same thing happened but this time I was on hold for over 12 minutes. Hung up called back, went through the same stuff again The girl offer me a 35% discount, I declined it Then she offered her discount at 75% as which I declined ask to speak to a supervisor and was refused again. Was told her supervisor said it was okay to give me my cancellation number. I took that and asked once again for my money back. Which I was declined my money back ( for product I only received once) was told she couldnt give me my money back. Because I've been using the product that I haven't gotten. Was placed on hold again. I hung up called my bank and put a stop hold on the payment.
