I was ripped off paying .99 cents for a one day try out in this online video store. I went to there site and went with the one day trial and on the same day I received an e-mail welcoming me to there service and telling me that I have been upgraded to there premium plan and that I have to pay $39.99. I canceled the plan immediately and was asked to fill out a survey which was a box asking me why I canceled.

I wrote down that I did not see anything on there site mentioning that I have to choose the premium plan and pay the $39.99 fee. I never chose the premium plan to begin with and there was no mention of paying the $39.99 fee other then the .99 cents try out. This is false advertising and people are mislead in believing that this is a try out.

I had asked for a refund I have received no reply from them.
