ZML.COM - The Movie Library, Vargendia LTD, IN2Video.NET, G11BILL ZML.COM charged me more than once for a higher amount than I authorized 1 time. Internet

The site ZML.COM came up in a google search for online movies. They have several payment tiers for their service. I opted for the $19.95 USD package. The following statement from the confirmation email is quoted:

"$19.95 one-time charge will appear on your statement under 'G11BILL'"

When two charges appeared on my statement as pending, I was not concerned. It's not uncommon for a company to send an initial hold to verify the account and then release it to push the actual charge through. However, I had two transactions come across and both of them cleared. They are as follows:

G11BILL - $00.63
G11BILL - $20.95

I will be putting both charges into dispute with my bank. Will never do business with them again. I recommend that you don't either.
