I joined ZML.com to check it out and possibly download a movie. I paid the $.99 for a one day trial and tried to download a movie. 
Over the next 2 hours I tried repeatedly to access the download link given but kept getting a not available message.  While waiting for the download to start, I started receiving email notifications of other charges of $57.90 to my credit card by ZML/BitVideo2. I immediately emailed ZML using the website contact form. I received a reply with a link to my "ticket".  The link is invalid.

I found the following address by the contact info on BitVideo2.com, but since there is a ;) posted next to it, I'm guessing it's fake.
