When I went to ZNZ and saw the sign ups of different companies and read everything. I payed my 1.99 to get in. I did not want to be charged again so I immediately emailed the group involved. I received no answer and was billed for 69.95 with in first month.

When I realized what happened I had to go back and really search for who was charging me.  Recurring bill methods is how this group makes their money. They get you in on sample products for 1.99, seams harmless right? Next thing you know more payments are being deducted from your bank acct. 

All companies that operate in this fashion should have option to buy buttons, 1 time or recurring. The phone number and product address should be on the bill and emailed to you for records. Nothing was emailed to me for records of purchase from ZNZ CASH. Do not use ZNZ cash, ZNZ 1 or ZNZ 2

It is in the Training how to do everything.

We have found ZNZ a very profitable and great option to help make an extra income. 

If the person who is complaining actually went through the training completely and listened then they would be aware that it is:

1. Your responsibility to cancel any trials that you opt in to.

2. No, ZNZ will not mail you personally it is the companies that you opt-in to that will mail you.

3 The training in ZNZ even tells you to keep the information so if you want to cancel you can.

3. If you are not getting credits that you are supposed to receive they have support to help.

4  Miss management of time sensitive information is not ZNZ's fault.


Please take a moment and think about what is being said above and see that sometimes it can be a mistake of the person filing a complaint who "didn't Listen or read the Fine Print."

My name is Sarah Geary and I have been doing ZNZ since March. It has been a blessing to my family.

First you cant cancel as soon as you take out the trial. When you first clicked a trial it took you a page that specified how long the trial period was for and how long you had to keep the product or service before canceling. You have to cancel the trial with the company it was provided by. Most trials can be canceled by going to your account info on their company website and either doing it online or obtaining the phone number to do so.

ZNZ itself does not email you this information, the company you signed up for does. ZNZ does not get paid by you getting charged repeatedly. They get paid by your signing up for the trial itself, whether you keep it or not. It is your own responsibility to keep up with when and how to cancel your trials. These are all things that your sponsor should have helped you with. If you have a good sponsor and a good system then ZNZ can be fantastic and problems like this simply do not happen.
