ZoeScripts Laboratory Services--Frank DeStefanao I was Hired as a 1099 Rep and never got paid nor received any proper accounting of my expected samples or monies owed to me Lutz Florida

I Was introduced to Frank Destefano of ZoeScripts Laboratory Services.  Both Frank and the Lab were refferred to me and after speaking with Frank Destefano, he assured me that he always paid his reps.  Well if he said that once he must have repeated it a dozen times.  I signed up my first account and had 3 more ready to go, all I needed to see was a return and payment for the business I brought in.  Well here is where it takes a twist for the bad.  I received only one report and one check for $200.  And that was all I ever received.  I have a contract that spells out exactly what i am to be paid per sample.  The account fell behind on payments for products sold to them and Frank Destefano, refused to pay me holding me responsable for payment.  I am not and was not a partner, I was an employee. I did not share in the profits but certainly in any losses.  Furthermore, I have no way of knowing if Frank Destefano of ZoeScripts Laboratory Services, was paid for the product and just kept all the money for himself.
