Zondi Web Services ripoff, misrepresentation, dissatisfied, liars, dismissive, Internet

I hired this company to do my website design. They did no design whatsoever. They promised 3 hours with a creative consultant. I did not recieve this time. I had a few emails back and forth. The person hosted some HTML that i had sent them. And that was it. They had the web design skills of a 3rd grader. The person assigned to my case promised to call me on a few occasions and never did. She claims to have spent more than 3 hours on my site. BUt I am very familiar with web design, and graphic design. What she did could not have taken more than twenty minutes. You can ask any web designer.


Now I have asked for a refund of the $100 I gave them. THe answer has been no. I asked to be put in contact with someone else from the company to further discuss this, and the request was ignored. The "terms & conditions" state that there are no refunds after 10 days. But after how horrible slow my rep worked, there is no way 10 days was sufficient time to know how this would turn out. Also, in the "terms & conditions" they promise 3 hours of web design, which I did not recieve. I did not even get a phone call from these people.
I really want my money back. And I hope these people can't go around doing this to everyone.
