Zone Alarm Check-Point software technology they malicously kept my credit info, and charged me for something i never ordered Redwood, California

I bought a an anti-virus product,that was totally worthless,and not what they advertise,instead of returning it, i took it at a loss and just kept it..after less than 10 months,Zone-alarm ,did not just kept my credit info (which is illegal) they went ahead and charge me $39.00..and their reason for keeping my info was.."they said,that a box for re-order was check"... i do know full well that there was no check on any box, because 1) they should have known,that the product was not installed,since if it was, they would have seen it in their tech dept. (if ever they have one) since i am suppose to be getting updates, but there was none, cause i never used the worthless product they sold me..2) they should have given me notice or made me aware that they are gonna charge my account..3) they should have the same process as when i first paid them..AND THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVER KEEP ANYONES CREDIT INFORMATION, that alone is illegal...They have maliciously charged my account, Though it may be just for $39.00...but times 1000 is a whole lots of money.... i have to file complaints after complain to my bank and to Paypal and to them explaining my part..Which i should not have to go thru,and they know that...BUT MOST OF ALL...they get you with this catchy advertisement, That it is easy to install..Which was a lie...DONT EVEER TRUST THIS COMPANY..AND I AM NOT ALONE..THIS PEOPLE WILL HOOK YOU IN, FOR A MEASLY AMOUNT,AND DESTROY YOUR COMPUTER, SO THAT THEY CAN COME IN AND SELL YOU MORE WORTHLESS PRODUCT...BEWARE !!!!
