For Christmas I ordered A Dell Latiude Laptop, they ship on 12/20/17 I received on 12/29/17 when received it was damaged , the box they ship in was beat up,bounced around inside the box No packing inside to secured I took pictures and sent them .I have Email them 12 times, I have call them 3 times I want my refund back Very disappoint in Kmart deal with a Company. Ordered #2253127 .I have sent them the tracking # 4 times.
