I purchased a "refurbished" Dell laptop on SEARS.com website for what I thought was a very reasonable price. When I received the laptop 7 days later, I found out why it was so reasonable - IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!  It won't even boot up. I get a message which states: "No boot device found. Press any key to boot up machine" I tried everything within reason to get the machine to boot up and the same message came on each time. I finally realized that I had been TAKEN and RIPPED-OFF. I began to try to contact this Sears "partner" only to find out that was a ridiculous effort. I also contacted Sears and expressed my dismay that they would represent such a "low-life" company and I told them that I will NOT pay for this piece of garbage regardless of what they do to my account or my credit. Sears cannot claim total innocence here. They MUST take responsibility for third party vendors who use their website to sell inferior or worse yet BOGUS products as what soom usa sells. I finally went to soom usa and found out that this compnay has been doing this for YEARS and Sears still has them as a partner and no one else in government has done anything to hold these thiefs responisble for their fraudulent business practices. They need to be held accountable and then need to be shut down and fined and imprisoned for this kind of deceit and fraudulent activity.  Shame on you zoomusa and shame on you SEARS for allowing them to use your website to rip people off.
