I am also a senior citizen who apparently got ripped off by www.zombli.com
my computer has never been the same, and i dont have a clue on how to reach them. as a 72 year old lady, I too believed it would help me and now I can't afford another computer so what do I do?

i followup with an email to this company about ripoff & requested refund because of my age and fixed income. They have not responded to this and I spent 79.00. went to yahoo answers and those who responded indicated to use ccleaner which free and better.
please do not use this company.
