 In April of 2015 me and My family moved into our first home, a mobile home. We walked threw it three times before we commited. The trailer was built in 1985 so I expected to have to do some maitainace, but I also expected it to be livable.  He told me the house had been remodled. ( That's what he called used apliances, paint and new carpet.)  Before we signed the paper work I told Marcelo that there couldn't be any mould problems becouse several members of the house hold are allergic to it. I asked if the trailer would still be standing two years after we got it paid off. He assured me that it would be. He told me that if there was anything that made the home unliveable in the next sixty days let him know and he would fix it. He did have a leaky window fixed,and a leaky tub. We have bee after him from week two to fix the airconditioner. there is a clog somewhere in the vent system that doesn't alow for air to flow to two out of our three bedrooms. Some times no air flows threw any of the vents. I'm in Texas, summers get hot here. when the air conditioning isn't working what ever the temperature is outside add twenty degrees and that's hou hot it gets in a trailer. so 7/28/2015 We get fed up with the air not working and we tell him yet again to fix the air conditioner. he told my husband that it was past the sixty day warranty and he wasn't going to do anything. Keep in mindwe are now in a 1985 mobile home  that we are paying $25,000 + for and it only apraises at $2,886 When I asked about this he said but that's not the "Market Value".  What market value? I'm in a mobile home park on a lot I can't own.  This man is a conartist and a cheat. Don't buy anything from him.
