Zoompass Mastercard Zoom pass, Zoompass Fraud, bad customer service, Internet

I found out someone had done over 1300.00 of fraudulent transactions on my Zoompass account.   There was money on it to buy a much needed knee brace for an injury I sustained.  When I tried to use it there was nothing on the account. 

I called Zoompass to find out what was going on.   There were over 800.00 in alcohol and other things  on the card.   Someone had copied it and used it heavily.  Now as per mastercard's customer dispute policy I filed a police report and got a notarized copy of it.   I paid over 100.00 to get that done plus a good half day of my time.   

So after doing all that and waiting almost 45 days I get told that my dispute has been declined and that the merchants got a signature.  The card was not used by me and it was not stolen. Essentially someone got away with stealing 1300.00 of my money and Mastercard tells me that they are not going to reverse the transactions.   I was told that once dispute, the bank and Mastercard decides that is nothing to be done.    This is completely disgusting.   

This card is a waste of time.    Don't get it as far as prepaid goes they have no customer service.  You need to call between 9 and 5 to get something done and they are closed on weekends.  They certainly will not protect the money that is on the card and they don't have any security features so someone can just copy the card.   They will run you around until you are too tired to actually get any money back when you do have a dispute.     Never patronize this company they are scam artists.
