Beware of zoovy! They will retaliate if you ever leave them. I left them and they turned me in on my credit for almost $500.00. I canceled my account in good faith and even emailed the CEO of Zoovy to cancel. I still have copies of the emails I sent. They ignored me and then said I needed to pay all this money even though they knew I had saved copies of the emails. One of the main reasons that I left them was because they were constantly double charging my debit card so I would constantly have to monitor my bank account and then call zoovy and sit on hold forever. They always fixed it but it was a huge waste of my time and they didnt care. They even thought it was amusing. These people know nothing of customer service. Beware, beware, beware! We went to monstercommerce.com and the difference was night and day.
