On October 8, 2008 my Credit Card was charged $73.93 for an order I placed by telephone on September 25, 2008. It was a special infomercial, where it said, buy 5, %19.95. When I received my package on October 20, 2008
I received 2 packages, 10 cloths in each package and 2 zorbeez Dusters.

It was very confusing ordering over the phone as it was by robot call and could not ask any questions. So I only wanted 1 Order which was suppose to be one package of 10 zorbeez cloths and duster for 19.95 Plus s&h. taxes. which would have been only about $37.00.

(So this is proof of fraudulent advertising), as it makes it sound on TV you will receive 10 cloths for $20 plus s&h, but they don't tell you how much s&h costs.

I called them 3 times, and all they said was return both packages and we will refund your money back less the shipping and handling. The double charged me on Shipping & handling as well.

My Invoice stated:

2 Zorbeez dusters $39.98
2 sets of Zorbies Set of 5 plus 5 free $39.98

Shipping & Handling: $18.05 (too much for receiving at post office)

Sub Total $61.91

Total Charged to my Credit Card: $73.93

When I called Zorbeez, they said the only option I have now, since I used a couple out of the one bag to see how they work and they work OK, but its hard to clean then up after a spill job on a carpet.

The option was return the 2 packages and be refund less S&H.
2nd Option was return only 1 package and be refunded for 1 set less S&H

They said I have to return the Zorbeez duster if I send I Package back. I said they were free, so I am keeping them. They said No you have to send them back.

So I believe this is false advertising for what you get it costs way more than 19.95 as seen on TV.

I would like a complete refund and keep all products or atleast 1 set and keep both dusters. They charged me a phenomical $73.93 for an order I placed for just 1 set and free 5 cloths and free duster. They sent me double and double charged me on everything, the cloths, the dusters, the s&H and the Taxes I imagine.

I hope you can help me. The cloths are now like Shamwow's. They are just lint cloths I can make myself easily. I have to use atleast 3 of the cloths for 1 spill on the carpet to completely soak it up.

False advertising on amount and price.
false advertising on type of cloths and how they perform.
