If I could give this company negative 10 stars I would. I live out of town, and own 30 plus units in Tucson. RPM Pinnacle (NOW ZORION) gave me a great sales pitch promising the world. 60 days later, they have failed in every way. In a hot rental market, they have managed to rent out ZERO units They do not advertise your property enough, the pictures they take are unprofessional, the only Leasing agent, Joanne Ahern, that they have in Tucson is so overwhelmed (or hates her job), is non responsive, and 99 percent of the time MIA. Does not return texts or phone messages.

I'm in a constant state of trying to figure out where I'm at regarding vacancy rates and rents because this company does not respond. I fired them yesterday, when they gave me the RR for July on the 17thh of the month, I found out that half my tenants were late this month, and no notices went out!! Seriously Kim Holbrook???? Three weeks into the month and you do not notice the tenants or tell the me the owner??? Kim Holbrook only has excuses, blames everyone, and takes no responsibility.This company just changed their name to Zorian, perhaps to escape all the negative reviews for RPM Pinnacle STAY CLEAR Update: They are refusing to my rents, and are demanding that I pay them over 10k. I just hired an attorney.
