My son ended up in jail for an unpaid ticket, he called from a pay phone and the automatic message tells you the charge for the collect call is $9.99, so I accepted it, when I received my bill they charged me $60.00 for each phone call of 15 minutes!!!

Three phone calls, 2 for 15 minutes, charged $60.00 each and the other for 7 minutes for $34.00,
I will not pay it! they can take me to court!  That is a scam and should not be allowed!
