zpuppy.com/ is now using the name Kutestore.com...Don't be fooled Be aware of this website. They are scammer's and now they are using other website to scam you. I placed a dispute with my CC, because I never received the merchandise I ordered for Christmas as and it was a SCAM!!! Wilmington Delaware

I ordered a "Christmas Big Sale!: from zpuppy.com, I never received the merchandise. I disputed the charges with the CC, and they had the nerve to provide my CC with false information stating merchandise was shipped!  Luckily I kept all the communication I had sent them, with their generated responses, as well as I was able to get my CC to see the numerous errors and conflicting information they provided them.   Zpuppy.com, although, their website is now up after numerous  complaints they had "temporarily taken it down, and there was an "FBI" notification for tax fraud, and now they're back up and runnigng!   Sure!!  They say they are located in Wilmington, DE at 12711 Centerville Road Suite 400, 19808, and they have also given 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400.  One was on their website during Christmas, the other given to my Credit Card Company, and today the address that appears on their website is: 260 Cau Glay, Ha Noi, Zipcode (as they have it on their website) 100000...REally!!?    They gave my CC another name for their store as "Kute Store" with a website as Kutestore.com   Although, this website does exist, so does zpuppy.com, but they function by the same scammers.  One has nothing to do with the other, but the CC is so gullible they didn't bother to check, and when they tried to reverse my charges, after I had been credited the amount, because they stated the company "supplied" evidence merchandise was shipped, so I challenged they to go into the webpages given to them, and tell me, if anything look as the website I had originally ordered from, so they can see for themselves the scam!  They are trying not to be tracked by lieing, but I hope Secret Service, or the FBI, who deal with these overseas scammer's can get a hold of them.   Please, BE AWARE...TAKE PRECAUTION, AND LOOK CAREFULLY!  If you can't call a number given on the website, and get a real person...DON'T TAKE A CHANCE!   Wow, even getting a person, who have to be weary!   If it's not through PayPal I don't even bother now, because I have protection through them!   Yeah right, they gave me a delivery date of 12/25/17, then 12/23/17, and told my CC it take 3-5 months for shippment to be received...ANOTHER LIE!!!
