He sleeps in comfort every night, hiding behind his attorneys and his bankruptcy protection while the people who had their life savings stolen have to wait & worry. His buddies & their mistresses keep collecting their hefty six-figure salaries, gloating anytime Kara Homes manages to complete the most basic & elemental tasks, like cleaning up trash from his woefully neglected job sites.

His "re-organization" plan consists of hundreds of millions of dollars for himself, his friends & his company while tossing a pathetic pittance towards his thousands of victims. Zudi Karagjozi represents everything that's wrong with today's business world. He's an arrogant, unscrupulous. egotistical braggart who trashed a profitable and productive company through sheer incompetence and hubris.
