Zulma Breakey - Jason Breakey Bad check writing, failure to fulfill contract obligations, deceptive trade practices, defamation of character Dallas Texas

Zulma Gaunt Breakey, wife of Jason Breakey, has charges that have been filed in the Dallas County DA office for issuance of bad checks.

Certified documents were sent to Zulma Breakey as a last attempt to legally resolve the issue. Per DA guidelines, Zulma Breakey was given ten business days to respond, which she failed to do.

Failure to respond to Legal demands is standard practice to Zulma Breakey, a recovering cocaine and alcohol addict. Her husband, Jason Breakey, has had well over twenty civil and criminal charges filed against him and companies he is a principal of. Charges include but are not limited to:
1) Fraud
2) Possession of 4-5 lbs of marijuana
3) Resisting arrest
4) Illegal possession and concealment of a handgun

It is unfortunate for their son, who attends a private school in Dallas - Shelton - that he has such role models for parents. Administrators and fellow parents are well aware of the Breakey's legal records and lack of integrity.

Their son will doubtless suffer from his parents being ostracized in the community. No parents want their children around known criminal and civil offenders.
