ZUMU LLC 2nd Time with ZUMU Grand Blanc MI

I sent CD's and DVD's to Zumu twice in 2013.  The first time I was paid, although it took a good 3 months to receive the check.  The second time was 5 months ago, no payment after 3 months, so I contacted them. Got their standard e-mail, "making payments in order goods received, etc." and an actual letter stating they are working on getting payments out faster, new system . . . 2 months later, still no payment.  Sent another e-mail, got the same automatic response.  Zumu needs to be shut down, it is fraud.  Am contacting Michigan BBB.
