Zumu, LLC DO NOT SEND ANYTHING INTO THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID FOR IT! Michigan

I saw Zumu LLC's ad on a channel I believed was trustworthy.  Since July I have never seen their ad since.  I went to their website and got the information on what to do to sell my used PS3 games and DVD's.  It was simple, but as I thought the money was junk.  I needed the extra $$$ so I sent in my items and according to their company the payment would be within two weeks. This was back in July.  I have since contacted them over 5 times and I get the same story about how they are backed up and they asked for my patients with them.  I'm done being patient with them!  It is now December and still have not received a penny from them, or a email explaining why payment hasn't come through.

I advise everyone who is even thinking about using this company not to.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  I have filed a BBB complaint, and now will be forced to file a lawsuit against them.  Then they will have to pay quadruple the amount they owe me.  Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
