Zwicker and Associates have sent me a default judgment without giving me any notice. I am at the same address since 1979
Zwicker had threatened me and harrassed me and had not ever given me a figure of what I owe and they were hired ( or so they say their reputation is very bad ) by American Express.
I have had my rights taken from me to fight this. Zwicker has threatened me, belittled me, and called before 8 am and after 9 pm .
I wrote two letters to cease and desist. I said I was to be contacted by mail. I sent proof of service.
My husband has cancer and I have no income but I wanted to work out a pay plan with Amex but they refused to drop my payments.
Now I must face more stress. They break the law . The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 USC 1692c Section 805c) does not exist in their eyes and now the law firm continues.
I will not stand for this law firm denying me my rights.

It looks like Rip Off Report redacted my links on how to fight debt collector lawsuits for Hanna and Zwicker, and for help blogs. For help with the lawsuits you can do a Google search for a book and webtsite by Allen Harkleroad titled “Stick it to sue happy debt collectors.” The help blog I linked is Next Level Unlimited Credit. I do not have any stake in any of these sites, I am just posting to try to help other consumers. I do understand why Rip Off Report redacts links though.
