I spoke with a customer service representative of Denamn Scientific Research company on 1/23/2002 to explain that I had taken their product as directed starting Oct 16th 2001, cut carbohydrates out of my diet and increased exercise and their product has not held up to their infomercials promise.
Not a single pound has been shed. She then infomed me that I cannot get a refund I am past the 30 day trial period. What does money back guarentee mean to this company ? Nothing they do not adhere to it and hope that the customers fall victim to the 30 day cut off period.
How does one know if a product works within 30 days. I have been taking it as directed and since the customer service rep refused my money back I will now follow her advice and increase the dose to 2 tabs in am on empty stomach and 1 tab 1/2 hr before lunch and night tab before bedtime and hope that I do not damage my heart. after being charged 240.00 for this product and seeing the testimonials on web sites I don't want to just send my product back to the black hole.
I want something for my 240.00$ money doesn't grow on trees and I was hoping that this product would work. Guess I should listen to my husband with the I told you so and see thats why I didn't take it.
I also was wondering what that odor was and now after reading statements I know that its from the Zymax. I don't recommed this weight loss plan to others I recommed weight watchers or Elliptical trainer, spendy but a friend has lost 110 lbs in 7 months doing 45 min each day.

After calling on 1/23/02 and complaining that this product did not work the customer service person told me to increase the dosage to 1 before breakfast, 2 before lunch and 1 at bedtime (this is increasing the dose at lunch to 2 tabs) I have never been sicker in my life and still trying to recover. I had full on flu symptoms and I thought that I had contracted some strange flu, due to the illness I stoped taking zymax and I recovered, then a week later I tried the dose again thinking I had recovered from the flu and about mid day I thought something must be wrong with me, my gallbladder is going out on me, finally it dawned on me that its this bad herb. And since I have stopped taking Zymax completly, I am beginning to regain my stomach back. I really had thought that I had done damage to my body from taking this extra dose. Don't order it, and do not increase your dose.
