Choice Home Warranty My water heater leaking charged a service charge. Sent out a technician who charged an additional $200 with no itemized statement. paid for a very cheap hot water heater with only a 3 year tank warranty. Plus it was dented in the side. It took 5 days to get the heater replaced. Beware they replace with the CHEAPEST parts around. TOTAL RIP-OFF Edison New Jersey

Will consider going with another home warranty company. Lots of things they don’t tell you about
