get a random letter in the mail saying capital one referred my account to Alliance one they spelt my name GGRose when it spelt Grosse. this is either a scam or they allowed a fraud commit steal my info and open a credit card in my name with then even spelling my name wrong. I wanna sue both the debt collector and the credit card company for allowing this to happen.

Civil Rights Violation?

AUTHOR: Stacey - (USA)

NOPE!! Just because they spelled your name wrong does not give you the right to sue them or the credit card company without PROOF!!! Get that first then you will have a case.
