Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

I just discovered the reports on your company, and have read all of your oft-repeated answers. They just don't carry water, Ken. It is VERY obvious just by the amount of reports against you as to how you do business. Give up the many hours you spend trying to defend your haphazzard ways online and do some real work at getting your act together. None of us believe you, anyway.

Kristy, We work super hard at what we do and we do a lot of business. We are a distributor for many manufacturers and they may be back ordered on product..which is out of our control. We import from overseas also and may occasionally run out of stock on a item. If the foundry is behind in production of US customs takes longer than normal to clear a shipment this is all out of our control. We always take care of our customers...

what is going on with this company

this company seems to be getting reported alot people paying and it taking 3-4 months to get product.. and the company apoligizes that it's not their fault the product comes from overseas..

but the website states fast shipping.. The better business bureau (BBB) Sacramento Bureau rated this company Unsatifactory with 92 complaints of non delivery with only 49 resolved.

you as a buyer, don't care about a businesses shipping problems.. you paid for a product and you want it quickly.. you expect when the website says instock.. that it actually is..

the problem with the company is that they are practicing what is called "floating" the payment you make today actually pays for the items of other customers made 30-60days ago.. and the cycle either continues and some future customer pays for your item .. and the cycle continues and people eventually get there product.. or it doesn't and the company goes bankrupt and your out your $$ as the business is protected by bankrupcy laws..


I have no problem with this business model provided it's clearly explained to buyers that your paying today.. for an item to be ordered from overseas and it might take 30-60days.. if your willing to wait in order to get a 60% discount all is good. the Federal trade commission.. states credit card order generally should be delivered within 30days and credit card companies have a 30day dispute limit.

Recieved the golf clubs

I received my golf clubs. They are exactly what I wanted and am pleased with the quality. I just didn't expect it to take 4 months to receive them.

If you are ordering from them, just keep this in mind.

Hello Ken,

I'm sorry if you've had personal problems.

You said the product was shipped and it's been 8 weeks and still no clubs. I may be in Oklahoma, but, even we know that a slow horse could make it here in 8 weeks from California.

I have since purchased another set of clubs from a local vendor.

Early in my 36 years of business experience I found out how important a "No Progress" report is. Communication seems to be a lot of the complaints.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do our very best to meet the needs of our demand. Unfortunately most of our products are imported from overseas and we are at the mercy of the foundries. It must great to get on here and say the things you say when you have no idea of what went on in a persons life. All the best to you.
