Boehm-Ritter, Nexiderm ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing non-existent customer service worthless company Napa California

I was signing up for a gift card and chose the "free" trial offer through Nexiderm as one of the offers. The free trial is a 10 day period. You can keep the cream and pay 55.90 or return the cream within 10 days and get your money back. I decided to keep the cream but not to make any future orders. I called the company to cancel but they do not answer their phone. Every time you call all of the customer service representatives are busy, you can not hold or leave a message. I have called all times of the day but can not reach anyone. I sent an e-mail requesting no future orders and asked for a response. I received no response so I sent another e-mail requesting again no future orders and not to charge my credit card. Well they charged my card again and I still cannot reach anyone at customer service. I am going to file fraudulent activity on my bank account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with EVER!!!
