A few years ago I bought a Fridge, stove, and microwave from Brandsmart USA with the extended warranty. Since then I have had over 6 repairs in less then 4 years on the fridge. I was getting really fed up and just wanted to be able to rely on te product that I purchased. I kept losing food and money due to a faulty fridge. No repair man was ever able to get it 100%. It got to the point that we had a repair man coming every two months.

First off it was a hassle getting them out there and Brandsmart never told me I could file for $200 of lost food. The last repairman said that they had sold me a faulty fridge. I knew that but they kept saying a repairman had to say it.

Finally with those words I was hoping that something would finally get in order. To my suprise and disgust they now sent me to the manufacturer who now had to send "x" amount of repairmen. Now we all know that sitting and waiting for repairmen is horrible so I lost a lot of time and money on the inadequecies of Brandsmart.

Now to my current problem, the glass in my oven is shattered so i ordered and paid the part on Oct 27, 2006 from Bransmart parts. They shipped it and on October 31, 2006 it had been defected so before even arriving at my doorstep Fed Ex returned the part to Brandsmart. I called them and we were trying to figure things out and they told me to give it a few days.

I did and spoke to a supervisor who kept telling me he was "sorry". He proceeded to tell me I could double charge my account order the part again and hopefully this time it would get here. Seeing as though they had kept blowing me off before and telling me to call back Thanksgiving was around the corner. I told him that I would not reorder especially since they would not waive shippinfg and they would not try to get it out to me before the holidays.

So here I am Dec 4, 2006, my Thanksgiving was ruined, I have not recieved my refund because they are still "investigating", what is there to investigate, fed ex admits it never arrived and that they had returned in Oct 31. And now Christmas and New Years is coming and I don't have the spare money to order from another comany. All of my holidays will be ruined thanks to this "sorry" customer service

PS. I never got a dime for lost food or for the 6 months I lived without a fridge.
