Complaint Review: cheaptickets
cheaptickets customer service = NON EXISTENT. 30 minute phone wait response, transfer to another dept, called dropped, instructed to start over Internet
Regards customer service, same is basically non-existent.
Had a need to change airline return reservation from Mexico back to Dallas, Texas.
When back in Texas I followed CheapTicket instructions, called customer service number provided, waited on hold 30 minutes, talked to male rep with broken english, he transferred me to international dept, said transfer call was immediately dropped with instructions to start over by calling the original customer service number again. Not a great help, another anticipated 30 minute wait with the prospect of another dropped call when transferred, just a looping of really bad service.
I finally resolved to bite-the-bullet and eat the return portion of a $600.00 airline ticket. My bad, lesson learned. CheapTickets equals cheap service. Never again!
