My 18 month old $3600.00 Refrigerator isn't cooling properly and half the freezer is working as a freezer and the other half is cooling but not freezing. It is a double door Top and Bottom. They sent a service contractor who showed up 8in a hauling van.  Edison New Jersey

Gave me a Movers card on front and appliance on back, no license number. He had his wife and dog in the van for a quick visit. He took the panel off the back saw two compressors and said he had to call Choice Warranty. with no futher examination he deemed the refrigerator not repairable. Told me to call Choice, who denied the claim as a freon leak. Never examined the refrigerator but they knew what the problem was, and guess what it wasn't covered. Have been unable to get the license of the contractor. I have contacted an attorney and the BBB. Their are 394 complaints on line and 129 on your site. I am interested in class action, these people are outrageous. Samsung however is sending me a real contractor and will help me.

I just wrote this.  Once again I have warranty coverage on my appliances and air conditioner.  My 18 month old $3,600.00 Refrigerator stopped cooling properly after a 6 hour loss of power.  Someone hit a Utility Pole and knocked out power for six hours, I think it caused a computer problem in this very complicated computerized Refrigerator.   They however sent me a contract who drove a hauling Van, had his wife and dog in the van, guess he wasn't planning on being there long.  He spent 5 minutes removed the rear panel, said OH! you have two compressors, I have to call Choice Warranty.  He returned to the van for his private converstion and came back after no further review and said it cannot be fixed.  Call Choice, who then denied the claim, stating they did not cover leaks.  How they know what it is without looking is beyond me.  Your site  has 129 complaints on this company. Another site has 394.  Yet they are advertised as top 10 in the business.  The contractor had a two sided card, The front said Moveing Hauling Odd Jobs.  The back said Bidwell Appliances.  Unable to get his license. It is the hands of an attorney.  Want to start class action suit.
