I was charged by an introductory fee of $15.00 which I accepted. I then made the manual renewal choice and should not have been charged again but have been charged several times since. The company refuses to refund saying I had used auto-renewal which is a blantant lie. Each time they say to change it to manual which it always is. The only way to stop them is by blocking them from the account. Since this seems to have been a pattern of theft for years I wonder when they will be arrested and shut down???
