If you have been required to install one of these devices for your driving privileges I strongly suggest that you look into other companies.  This company and the garbage product they rent will report false positives, they will nickel and dime you with invoices for things like a $3 shipping labels and the worse part is when the interlock unit does lock you out of your car, and trust me it WILL lock you out, the fees to "reset" the unit total almost $100.  To make matters worse the false positives are reported to the court and in my case this not only causes lost work time because I have to go test with the court to prove the unit is reporting incorrectly but pay fees for additional testing that shows the unit does not work.

These units appear to be made sometime in the 70's and they require a SPECIFIC pattern when you blow into the unit.  You must blow for three beeps, inhale for two beeps and blow again for two beeps.  The problem here is that the tone level for the beeps is so low that unless the windows are up, the heater or air as well as the radio are all off it is impossible to hear the beeps as you blow into the unit.

The number of random samples allowed are defined by state law and I pointed out that the intoxajunk was not compliant with that.  The response was they did not care if the court accepted them as a supplier for interlock devices. 

Now these ripoff artists want $275 to "let me out" of my contract.  I have my attorney looking into voiding the contract because of failure to provide the service as represented.

Save yourself money, time, trouble and stay OUT of jail by avoiding this company like the bubonic plague.
