Credo has been impossible to deal with, they have been adding 100s of incorrect charges to my bill since day 1. Then when I call they add credits on it resulting in 100s of numbers that are totally incomprehensible by anyone. It has been 4 months and I cannot get anything corrected properly. My bill has been over 3 times what I was told a month and I have never went over any usage. 1 month they charged me $500 for data on a unlimited data plan that that month I never even used, I was out of the country for 7 weeks and phone was never turned on. They keep sending everything to different people and then I have to spend hours explaining everything all over again. I know these tactics are purposeful to get you to give up trying.
On top of horrible billing the service is terrible and the phones are very poor. I have had to have 5 Samsung Galaxy S2s replaced in 3 months always resulting in several days each time trying to get them reactivated with the terrible customer reps. I had a Sprint S2 for over a year and never had 1 problem, so I think Credo's phones are refurbished or old warranty ones. 
They promised to buy back my contract termination fees of $680 within 30 days and took 90 days with constant badgering from me to apply a credit, so not really a buyback. Now they want to take that away to release me from the contract, I have already paid that money out to change to Credo and they do owe me for it.
I have spent over 40 hours on the phone with them in 3 months, it's ridiculous that I never get anything done. They have now agreed to release me from the contract but they have not yet corrected the bill. And they have not actually released me either. they are truly a  terrible company to deal with, I believe they are doing these things corruptly to scam people out of money. DO NOT even consider doing business with them.
