ECOWHIDES.COM HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Aventura Florida

i ordered a rug from this company and hated it upon receipt contacted them and was given an address to return the rug for full refund.  

It is now three weeks and I still have not received my refund even though the item shipped via FEDEX was received.  I called customer service and the lady Charmaine hung up the phone and then once I called back she repeatedly picked up and then proceeded to hang up. I  called another nunber which was the order line and explained my situation.  I was told she was unable to help me and she refused to give me anyone that could she claimed to be a supervisor but did not know who was in charge had no emails or phone numbers I could use to try and get my money back Nothing it was very distressing.  I am now at a loss as to what to do.  I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and am awaiting their response.  I am so tired of online businesses refusing to refund monies once the prouducts are returned.  It is very frustrating.  Ordering is no problem but returns are a nightmare!!!!!!
